Voor een reparatie laten wij het liefst alle data op de telefoon staan, niets wordt onnodig gewist. Toch kan het gebeuren dat de telefoon gereset moet worden om deze weer te kunnen gebruiken. Maak dus (als het nog kan) van te voren een back-up.

Als er meer stuk blijkt te zijn wordt er eerst contact met je opgenomen over de bijkomende kosten. Pas na jouw akkoord . Vind je de uiteindelijke reparatiekosten te hoog? Dan ben je vrij om de reparatie kosteloos te annuleren.

Afhankelijk van het probleem kunnen we kijken of de telefoon nog te repareren is. Hiervoor moeten we de telefoon eerst onderzoeken. Dit onderzoek is gratis en achteraf kunnen we vertellen wat er nog mogelijk is.

Dit verschilt per persoon, de een heeft liever altijd de nieuwste telefoon, de ander vind het prima om te whatsappen en bellen. Hierbij kun je ook afwegen wat een reparatie zou kosten en wat een nieuwe telefoon zou kosten. Als je contact opneemt kunnen we met jou kijken naar wat het handigst is in jouw situatie.

Dit gebeurt in een aantal gevallen automatisch al via een back-up. Als de back-up niet aan staat kan de data ook handmatig van de telefoon gehaald worden. Kun je de telefoon niet meer in? Dan kunnen we kijken hoe we nog bij de data kunnen komen. Neem in dat geval contact op.
