### De rol van koelpasta

Koelpasta zit tussen de processor en de koeler en zorgt voor efficiënte warmteafvoer. Dit is hard nodig aangezien de processor het warmste onderdeel is bij gebruik. Na verloop van tijd droogt de pasta uit waardoor deze zijn werk niet meer goed doet. De processor wordt niet meer goed gekoeld, waardoor ventilatoren harder moeten werken. Alles loop snelle vast en de prestaties gaan omlaag. Met nieuwe koelpasta:

### Hoe werkt reinigen en koelpasta vervangen?

Bij een reiniging is het belangrijk om alle ventilatie schachten en koelblokken stofvrij te maken zodat lucht zo goed mogelijk aan en afgevoerd kan worden. Vervolgens wordt de oude koelpasta weggehaald en nieuwe geplaatst zodat de processor zo goed mogelijk kan koelen. Zo loopt alles weer koel en snel en je er weer even meer vooruit!
